We Work Your Unscheduled Treatment List — You Get the Booked Appointments

For practices without the staff bandwidth to run follow-up themselves, CaseFollow's team executes the entire follow-up sequence on your behalf, on the CaseFollow platform.

How it works

A done-for-you follow-up program, not just software

You keep clinical control. Our team runs the administrative follow-up work.

Step 1

We load your unscheduled treatment list

Via CSV export or manual intake, every diagnosed-but-unscheduled case goes into your CaseFollow pipeline.

Step 2

Our team runs the follow-up sequence

Calls, texts, and emails go out on a set cadence, using your practice's voice and financing options.

Step 3

You get booked appointments and a report

Every recovered case shows up on your schedule. You get a monthly recovered-production report.

Pricing

Flat monthly fee, no surprises

Priced by case volume and follow-up intensity — not a percentage of production.

Standard

$750/month

For single-location practices with a manageable unscheduled treatment backlog.

  • Up to ~75 active cases
  • Monthly recovered-production report
  • Standard follow-up cadence
Most Requested

Priority

$1,500/month

For higher-volume or multi-location practices that need faster, higher-touch follow-up.

  • Unlimited active cases
  • Weekly recovered-production report
  • Priority/faster follow-up cadence
  • Dedicated point of contact

A note on performance-based pricing

We're occasionally asked about performance-based or outcomes-tied fees. Any fee structure tied to recovered production must comply with applicable state dental practice acts, fee-splitting and anti-kickback laws, insurance/payer contracts, and any other laws or agreements that apply to your practice. CaseFollow does not offer performance-based pricing by default — a structure like that would only be considered after your own legal and compliance review confirms it's permissible in your jurisdiction and under your contracts. This page is not legal advice; consult your healthcare attorney before pursuing any outcomes-based arrangement.

Good fit / not a good fit

Is Managed Recovery right for your practice?

A quick gut-check before you apply.

Good fit if:

  • • You have a real unscheduled treatment backlog and no bandwidth to work it
  • • You've tried manual follow-up and it isn't consistent
  • • You want a monthly report, not another task to manage

Not a good fit if:

  • • You already have a treatment coordinator running consistent follow-up
  • • You want to keep 100% of follow-up in-house — self-serve plans fit better
  • • You're looking for a performance-based fee without a compliance review first

Managed Recovery runs on the same CaseFollow platform — you always retain full visibility and can move to self-serve anytime.
